About the Company
University Press PLC (UPPLC) is Nigeria’s largest indigenous book publisher. Founded in 1949 as the Nigerian branch of Oxford University Press, it became a public liability company in 1978. UPPLC publishes and sells books for educational and general reading, covering pre-primary to tertiary levels. The company’s headquarters and main warehouse are located in Ibadan, with offices and representatives across Nigeria and in Accra, Ghana.
