Veritas Kapital Assurance PLC, formerly known as UnityKapital Assurance PLC, was incorporated in 1973 as Kano State Insurance Company. The company offers a range of non-life insurance products and services to individuals and institutions across Nigeria. Its offerings include motor, fire, marine, oil and gas, aviation, general accident, and engineering insurance. In April 2018, the company rebranded to Veritas Kapital Assurance PLC to reflect new ownership and strategic direction.
